In a microwave safe bowl or mug, mix together:

  • 1/4 cup of Bake In A Minute mix
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 tbsp of oil or butter (we use coconut oil)
Add:
  • 1/4 cup of mixed nuts and raisins (we used almonds and walnuts)
  • 1 tbsp of sweetener*
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla
Mix well.
Microwave for 90 seconds.
Caution in removing from microwave as bowl/mug will be hot.
Slice and enjoy.

*Adjust sweetener to taste, to avoid over-sweetening.
