Basic Bake In A Minute Bread (microwave)
(per 25g or 1/4 cup of mix)
- Combine 25g (1/4 cup) bread mix with 1 whole egg and 1 tbsp of oil or butter in a microwave safe bowl.
- Mix well.
- Microwave on high for 90 seconds*.
- Enjoy
*Time may depend on the microwave.
Bake In A Minute Bread (oven)
(per 50g or 1/2 cup of mix)
Pre-heat your oven to 350F.
- Combine bread mix with 1 whole egg and 1 tbsp of oil or butter in a bowl.
- Mix well.
- Drop large tablespoonsfuls on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
- Enjoy
50g package should yield 2-3 biscuits.
Warm Chocolate Bread
In a microwave safe bowl or mug, mix together:
- 1/4 cup of Bake In A Minute mix
- 1 whole egg
- 1 tbsp of oil or butter (we use coconut oil)
- 2 tbsp chopped dark chocolate or chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp of sweetener*
- 1 tsp of vanilla
*Adjust sweetener to taste, to avoid over-sweetening.
Nutty Raisin Bread
In a microwave safe bowl or mug, mix together:
- 1/4 cup of Bake In A Minute mix
- 1 whole egg
- 1 tbsp of oil or butter (we use coconut oil)
- 1/4 cup of mixed nuts and raisins (we used almonds and walnuts)
- 1 tbsp of sweetener*
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla
*Adjust sweetener to taste, to avoid over-sweetening.
Easy Banana Bread
For this recipe, you will require a larger microwaveable bowl, as this bread will rise
higher than our Basic Bake In A Minute recipe.
To the Basic Bake In A Minute bread recipe:
Add:
- 1 overripe banana
- 1 tbsp sweetener*
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
*Adjust sweetener to taste, to avoid over-sweetening.
Berry Goodness
For this recipe, you will require a larger microwaveable bowl, as this bread will rise
higher than our Basic Bake In A Minute recipe.
To the Basic Bake In A Minute bread recipe:
Add:
- 1/4 cup of fresh berries ( for this recipe we used blueberries and strawberries)
- 1 tbsp sweetener*
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
*Adjust sweetener to taste, to avoid over-sweetening.
Bake In A Minute Quick Pizzas
Slice your Bake In A Minute bread in half,
- spread pizza sauce*
- top with cheese and your favourite pizza toppings
- Bake in the oven at 350F for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
Enjoy.
*Pizza sauce recipe: blend one large tomato and a clove of garlic. Pour into a small saucepan,
add one tbsp of cooking oil, a few leaves of fresh basil, a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste.
Reduce on medium heat until sauce thickens and water has evaporated.
Black and Blue Berry Muffins
This recipe uses 100g or 1 cup of the Bake In A Minute mix and is made in the oven.
Pre-heat oven to 350F.
In a mixing bowl, mix together:
- 1 cup of Bake In A Minute mix
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 tbsp of oil or butter
Add:
- 1/3 cup of blueberries and blackberries
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp sweetener*
Pour batter into 6 muffin containers.
Add water to the empty muffin tins to allow for even baking.
Bake at 350F for 18 to 22 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
Enjoy.
*Adjust sweetener to taste, to avoid over-sweetening.
Bake In A Minute Chicken Coater
To 1/2 cup of the Bake In A Minute dry mix, in a resealable bag:
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Baked Chicken
You will need:
- 9 pieces raw, thawed chicken legs
- 1 egg
- Bake In A Minute Chicken Coater*
Instructions:
- Beat egg in a bowl.
- Dip your raw chicken into egg wash and then into Bake In A Minute Chicken Coater.
- Coat entire chicken.
- Place on parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake at 350F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Upside down - Right side Apple Cake
You will need:
- 1/2 cup (50g) Bake In A Minute mix
- 1 medium size, chopped apple
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar (sweetener of choice)*
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
To the Basic Bake In A Minute bread recipe, add 1 tsp of vanilla, mix well, and sit batter aside.
In a separate bowl:
- Combine chopped apple with sugar (sweetener) and cinnamon.
- Layer the bottom of a microwaveable bowl with half the apple mixture.
- Pour the Bake In A Minute batter (that was set aside) over and spread until all the apple mixture is covered.
- Layer the remaining apple mixture on top of the Bake In A Minute batter.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes and 20 seconds.
Serve with whipped cream and enjoy.
*Adjust sweetener to taste, to avoid over-sweetening.
Bake In A Minute Thins
(these are perfect for sandwiches)
Pre-heat your oven to 350F.
- Combine 1/2 cup of Bake In A Minute mix with 2 whole eggs and 1 tbsp of oil or butter in a bowl.
- Mix well.
- Spread rounds onto parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
- Enjoy
Yields 4-5 thins.
Chocolate Chip Cookies
Pre-heat oven to 350F.
- Combine 1/2 cup of Bake In A Minute mix with 1 whole egg and 1 tbsp of oil or butter in a bowl.
Add:
- 1 heaping tbsp chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp sweetener (we use xylitol)*
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Drop batter from tablespoon onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes or until cookies are golden brown on the bottom.
Yields 8-10 cookies.
*Adjust sweetener to taste, to avoid over-sweetening.
Pancake In A Minute
- Combine 1/2 cup of Bake In A Minute mix, 2 whole eggs and 1 tbsp of oil or butter in a bowl.
- Pour half your batter in a well greased pan on low to medium heat.
- Flip and fry the other side when pancake lifts easily from pan.
Savoury Cheese Biscuits
Pre-heat your oven to 350F.
- Combine 1/2 cup (50g) of Bake In A Minute mix with 1 whole egg and 1 tbsp of oil or butter in a bowl.
Mix well.
Add:
- 1/2 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp of diced onions
- A pinch of salt, black pepper, garlic powder and thyme to taste.
Mix well and place heaping tablespoonfuls on parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Yields 4-5 biscuits.
Chocolate Chip Muffins
Pre-heat your oven to 350F.
- Combine 1/2 cup (50g) of Bake In A Minute mix with 1 whole egg and 1 tbsp of oil or butter in a bowl.
Mix well.
Add:
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips
- 1/2 tbsp of sweetener (adjust according to taste)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Mix well.
Drop into lined muffin tins.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Pumpkin Spice Cake
- Combine 1/2 cup (50g) of Bake In A Minute mix with 1 whole egg and 1 tbsp of oil or butter in a bowl.
Mix well.
Add:
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. pumpkin spice
- 2 tbsp. of sweetener
Cinnamon Raisin Muffins
- Combine 1/2 cup (50g) of Bake In A Minute mix with 1 whole egg and 1 tbsp of oil or butter in a bowl.
Mix well.
Add:
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. raisins
- 2 tbsp. sweetener

Bake In A Minute Croutons
- Combine 1 cup (100g) of Bake In A Minute mix with 2 whole eggs and 2 tbsp of oil or butter in a bowl.
- Optional: herbs
Mix well.

Tuna and Cheese Biscuits
- Combine 1 cup (100g) of dry Bake In A Minute mix, 2 whole eggs and 2 tbsp. of oil or butter in a bowl.
Mix well.
Add:
- 1 can of tuna
- 1/2 cup of your favourite grated cheese.
- A dash of salt and black pepper.
- Optional: 1 tbsp of chopped onions or scallions and your favourite herbs.

Pizza
- Combine 1 cup (100g) of dry Bake In A Minute mix, 2 whole eggs and 2 tbsp. of oil or butter in a bowl.
Mix well.
Spread the mixture on a parchment lined cookie sheet or pizza stone.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
For a crispier crust, flip it over and bake for another 5 minutes.
Remove baked crust from the oven.
Add:
- Sauce
- Cheese
- Your favourite toppings
Bake the pizza until the cheese is melted and the toppings are heated through. Approx. 5-8 minutes.
